It seems to me that, in an economy where Customer Service should be
more important than ever, it has fallen by the wayside.

More and more I'm finding that companies seem to have little regard for
the Customer once the sale has been made, including some very big names.

To quote from the movie Network:
"I'm as mad as hell and I'm not going to take this anymore",
which is the reason for this website: "CUSTOMER DIS-SERVICE"

While you're here why don't you

UPDATE: February 2nd 2012

There has been a rumour circulating that the "third party" referred to in the following article about the newly discovered Phil Lynott tapes was none other than JIMMY DONNELLY (see separate acticle below about Jimmy and his new book).

I have been able to determine that this particular rumour is unfounded. Today I received the following email from the Publicist at Milo Books (publisher of Jimmy Donnelly's book "Inside The Quality Street Gang")

Hello James,

No, unfortunately Jimmy isn't the man behind the resurfaced Thin Lizzy recordings (much as we'd like him to be!)

But the book is going great guns thanks.

All the best,

Chris

'Lost' Thin Lizzy tapes resurface
26 years after Phil Lynott's death

The Belfast Telegraph
By Ken Sweeney
Monday, 2 January 2012

A treasure trove of tapes stashed away by Thin Lizzy frontman Phil Lynott will be released as a boxed set later this year.

Twenty six years after the Dublin rocker's death at the age of 36, more of his lost music will be heard by the public for the first time in June.

Shortly before he passed away in 1986, Mr Lynott gave 150 tapes to a third party for safekeeping. The cache of up to 700 songs has finally been released to record company Universal Music.

"This is an absolutely stunning find," Steve Hammonds, project manager behind the new Thin Lizzy box set, told the Irish Independent.

THIN LIZZY's seminal double live album "Live & Dangerous" is consistently featured in polls as one of the greatest live albums of all time. Yet it is (reputedly) not really a live record at all as it features overdubs and post-production across the album.

Still Dangerous is the raw, unadulterated, untouched sound of THIN LIZZY
at the absolute height of its powers.
